ClearATPL provides AI-powered study and interview preparation tools for ATPL candidates. The platform is provided as-is and is not affiliated with any aviation authority or airline.

3. Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your account with others.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to abuse the platform, attempt to bypass usage limits, reverse-engineer the service, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

5. Chat history

Chat history is stored only in your browser's localStorage. It will be permanently lost if you clear your browser cache or switch devices. ClearATPL is not responsible for lost chat history.

6. Disclaimer

ClearATPL is an educational tool. It does not guarantee success in ATPL exams or airline interviews. All content is AI-generated and should not be treated as official study material.

7. Payments

Paid plans are billed monthly. You may cancel your subscription at any time and retain access until the end of the billing period. For refund eligibility and conditions, please refer to our Refund Policy in Section 9 below.

8. Changes

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of ClearATPL after changes constitutes acceptance.

9. Refund Policy

At ClearATPL, we take pride in the quality of our modern preparation content and our dedicated work to provide continuous updates and support. We encourage all candidates to use our 24-hour free trial to test the compatibility of our platform and software before purchasing a subscription.

A refund will only be issued if the ClearATPL software is proven to be faulty or non-operational during the active subscription period, and this malfunction prevents the candidate from using the platform to prepare for their assessment. ClearATPL reserves the right to verify whether the software has been successfully used. If a candidate has completed a quiz, used the Interview Simulator, accessed the technical chat, or otherwise utilized the engine, the software is deemed functional, and no refund will be granted.

For investigative purposes, ClearATPL may request proof from the candidate, such as screenshots or videos demonstrating the issue. Approved refunds may be subject to a 10% administrative fee to cover processing and transaction costs.
